Vermont Medical Spa Billing Policy

• Payment is required at the time of service, in full. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and Apple Pay.

• The aesthetic consultation fee for all services other than laser hair removal is $100. This fee is non-refundable, except for Botox patients; $50 of the fee will go toward the treatment. 

• We do not accept insurance for consultations or procedures.

•  For services costing more than $1000, a 25% deposit is required to schedule. 

• We will provide you with a detailed estimate of procedure costs at your consultation. 

• For laser hair removal, a $50 deposit is required to schedule an appointment. This deposit will be applied to your laser service. 

Vermont Medical Spa strives to deliver a great experience while providing excellent services. To achieve this, we are mindful of everyone's time and availability.

48-hour notification on procedures under $1000:  No penalty

24- 48-hour notification for procedures under $1000:  $50 fee 

Same-day cancellation or no-show for services under $1000: $100 fee

For procedures costing $1000 or more, if you cancel with less than 1 week's notice or cannot attend, the entire deposit will be forfeited. We thank you for your understanding.

We kindly ask that cancellation messages for Monday appointments not be left over the weekend, as we may not be able to process them and the penalty may still apply.
