Vermont Medical Spa Billing Policy

• All new appointments require a credit card to be kept on file. We reserve the right to charge the card upon late cancellation or no-show appointments.

• Payment is required at the time of service, in full. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and Apple Pay.

• Services are non-refundable.

Vermont Medical Spa strives to deliver a great experience while providing excellent services. In order to achieve this, we are conscientious of everyone's time and availability.

• Any cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee. We will charge the credit card on file to cover this fee.
