About Us:

Green Mountain Training Center is a dynamic gymnastics, parkour, and freestyle training gym dedicated to helping athletes of all ages build strength, confidence, and skills in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced coaches are passionate about teaching proper technique, encouraging personal growth, and making movement fun. Whether your child is stepping into the gym for the first time or looking to advance their abilities, we focus on progress at every level.

What We Do:

We offer structured classes and open training opportunities designed to challenge athletes while keeping safety and enjoyment at the forefront. Our programs emphasize fundamentals, skill development, body awareness, and confidence both in and out of the gym. Our gym is a place where athletes learn to push their limits, support one another, and take pride in their accomplishments.

Programs We Offer

Gymnastics Classes

Recreational and skill-based classes for all ages and abilities. Athletes learn fundamentals on floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline while building strength, coordination, and confidence.

Parkour & Freestyle Training

Classes focused on movement, agility, strength, and creativity. Athletes learn safe techniques for vaulting, jumping, flipping, and navigating obstacles in a controlled environment.

Summer Camps

Our summer camps combine gymnastics, parkour, games, and themed activities for a fun and active experience. Camps are perfect for keeping kids moving, learning new skills, and making friends during summer breaks.

Open Gym

Supervised open gym sessions allow athletes to practice skills, explore equipment, and train independently in a safe and structured setting.
