NightLase® Laser Treatment for Snoring

Woman covering ears with pillow while man snores beside her in bed.

Snoring is a common sound during sleep when airflow makes mouth and throat tissues vibrate. For many people, airway narrowing and relaxed soft tissues can contribute to snoring.

Snoring and sleep apnea are not the same. Sleep apnea is a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts during sleep and requires appropriate medical evaluation and treatment.

For individuals seeking a non-invasive option to help reduce snoring, NightLase® laser therapy gently treats oral cavity tissues to help reduce snoring and improve sleep quality.

NightLase®

NightLase® is a non-invasive, patient-friendly laser treatment designed to reduce snoring and support better sleep quality. The treatment uses gentle laser energy to heat targeted tissues within the oral cavity, stimulating collagen remodeling and tightening of the soft tissues that can contribute to snoring. NightLase® requires no incisions or anesthesia and involves little to no downtime.

Number of Treatments: 1–3

Procedure Length: Approximately 15 minutes

Maintenance: Yearly evaluation

Downtime: None

Discomfort: Minimal

Price: Starting at $500

NightLase® is intended to help reduce snoring. Snoring may be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnea or another medical condition. Patients with known or suspected sleep apnea should be evaluated by an appropriate healthcare provider.
